SUCCESS!! OIL SPILLED STOPPED.

 

 

After detecting an oil spill by the thermoelectric plant in the bay of La Paz. La Paz Coastkeeper presented a citizen complainment to the health governmental agency and the environmental protection agency PROFEPA. Inspections where done and the oil spilled was repair and stopped. Stopping a big source of pollution that was affecting the health of the bay.

 

SUCCESS!! CLEAN BEACHES ALL YEAR.

 

 

Our water quality monitoring results in the year showed all public beaches complying with the limits of the Mexican norms for clean beaches.
